Paul Roche, graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Dublin Institute of Technology (with Distinction) in 1981, and has been with this practice since 1974. He became an Associate in 1984 and Partner in 1999.

He is a member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland and of the Royal Institute of British Architects.

Paul has extensive expertise and experience in the design of Retail, Commercial buildings and Masterplanning.

Paul has handled the development of The Blanchardstown Centre from inception in 1984 up to its current phase with over 100,000m2 area including the main Shopping Centre including the recent Red Mall Extension and Retail Parks and the Atrium and Q Office buildings on peripheral sites. His other projects have included Office Buildings at 65/66 Lower Mount Street, Government Offices in Letterkenny and the new Gaiety Centre Project off St. Stephen Greens in Dublin City. Paul has also been responsible for once-off house design projects such as in Heather Cottage on Howth Head.

Paul has built a reputation for successfully handling large complex projects together with understanding and integrating clients needs into the building design.
