The articulated building form reflects three categories of spaces: transparent glazed office wings, connecting stone service towers and over-embracing glazed arched roof over two atria. The building steps up from Ulica Wiertnicza towards the rear of the site. It addresses its main entrance towards street intersection, to complement a similar entrance of the ITI building across the street.

This articulation, stepping and the entrance direction help to integrate the new building in scale and form with its surroundings.
