The form and landscaping of the building is derived from the linear, flowing nature of the river parallel to the site. The building form is composed of two main blocks of office space, curved in different directions to offer a softer physical form to the riverside and a more dynamic elevation to the road. A natural stone-clad gable, and similarly clad 'pop-out' conference rooms, will contrast with curved glass and aluminium curtain wall elevations with their striking brise-soleil.
