The site for the new Irish Cement Office Building, which had to accomodate a total staff of 40 persons along with all relevant back up and ancillary spaces, faces the main entrance to the factory complex.

This location demanded therefore a building that projects an appropriate image for this major cement producer in the country.

The curved, in situ, fair-faced boardmarked concrete walls identify the unique plastic quality of insitu concrete which no other building material can achieve.
