To achieve a powerful memorable image in Dublin Docks location, a simple geometrical form is conceived. A triangle reinforced by triangulation of the exposed structure gives a sense of stability and strength. It acts as a vertical pointer. It evokes also memories of docklands, cranes, warehouses and ships.
