The building accomodates the Computer Science, Information Systems and Educational Departments for 1000 students. It terminates the central composition of the international Business Centre planned around an ornamental lake.

At the centre, where the planning axis meets the building, the interior of the whole building has been opened up to accomodate the entrance, coffee shop and communal areas. The open quality of this central space is emphasised by the introduction of a gently curved roof which oversails the flat roofs of the adjoining blocks.
