We proud to be retained by two of our important clients for additional office fit-out and refurbishment projects. Repeat commissions are reflective of our commitment to our clients and our attention to detail that results in the successful delivery of our designs.
For Irish Life, we designed and completed their new Customer Care Centre in Dundalk in 2019, which included the fit-out of the Ground and First floor levels. The 2nd floor (Category B) fit-out has now commenced with Interiors by Sisk and is due for completion in the coming months. Project details
The fit-out and reconfiguration of the main office on Earlsfort Terrace for the Health Products Regulatory Authority was successfully completed last year and the further refurbishment of their staff facilities at this location is currently at tender stage. Project details
Site works to commence shortly on the IT Carlow campus for the new Corporate Support Services Building, following the appointment of Conack Construction Ltd. as main contractor.

Great to get recognition in the RIAI Architecture Awards for two of our recently completed projects. 70 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin has been Highly Commended in the Sustainability category and also selected for exhibition. And our Acute Mental Health Unit, University Hospital Sligo has been Commended in the Well Being category.
We are delighted to have our recently completed Adult Mental Health Unit in Sligo University Hospital shortlisted for RIAI Public Choice Award 2021. Voting is now open and this project deserves a vote!!

Emergency Department extension to Wexford General Hospital reaches substantial completion. This important project was designed and completed in less than 9 months in response to Covid -19 pandemic. It will provide additional accommodation to aid social distancing and streaming of patients. All completed whilst existing services remained fully operational.
