Pawel joined Wejchert Architect in 2006 as an Architect, became a member of the RIAI in 2015 and an Associate in 2019.

Pawel graduated from Technical University in Szczecin, Poland in 2000 with a M.Sc. Arch degree. From 1999 he worked with BAB Rozwarski i Splawski for four years, where he gained design experience in private residential, commercial and food industry sectors. In 2003, he focused on his own architectural practice and subsequently obtained his professional licence from ZPOIA RP (West Pomeranian District Chamber of Polish Architects).

Since joining the practice he has worked mostly in healthcare and educational projects such as the Emergency Department & Ward Block (Phase 1) at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda, the Acute Mental Health Unit at Letterkenny University Hospital, the Central Remedial Clinic in Waterford University Hospital, Athboy Community School and the Student Services Building at Institute of Technology Carlow.

Pawel has acted as Senior Architect on large scale projects, he was Project Architect on the recently completed Emergency Department & Upgrade of Public Concourse, Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar and Emergency Department, Wards and Operating Department Block (Phase 2) at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Pawel is an experienced and knowledgeable architect especially in co-ordinating all stages of design packages and managing the team during construction.
