The extension will provide new CT room along with associated plant at St. Luke Hospital Kilkenny. Works are immediately adjacent to existing Radiology department and main Hospital Concourse. Working in a sensitive area of the “live” hospital, involves careful planning and phasing to ensure no disruption to clinical services. The new room is provided to ensure continuity of service during upgrade and build.
