This project comprises approximately 8000m² of Offices distributed in a “U” shaped floor plan configuration around an Atrium. There are 9 typical Floors in addition to the Reception at ground level. A 10th floor Penthouse office suite caps the building which has 116 car parking spaces at ground floor and another 106 at basement level.
The offices are clad in curtain walling with a curved façade facing the N3, reflecting the dynamism of that thoroughfare and of the adjoining bridge. Cores are expressed externally, and clad in a monochromatic insulated metal rainscreen.
