Masterplan for Redevelopment of Leopardstown Racecourse for enhancing the racing experience at Leopardstown, which will be centred around the hub of the parade ring. Phase 1 was completed in 2013 , Phase 2 in 2015 and Phase 3 (Final Phase) is starting on site in October 2018.
Earlier phases have included upgrading of the existing grandstand buildings with enhanced hospitality and circulation facilities. The final phase includes a new weighroom building and second entrance building , entertainment marquee, racing hall hospitality area, prizewinners podium and new saddling stalls and preparade ring to be relocated directly south of the parade ring complete with extensive external works and repaving.
