Wejchert Architects are part of the consortium headed by BAM who was awarded the Courts Bundle PPP Project and are architects on Waterford and Wexford Courthouses. The two projects commenced on site at the start of 2016 and Wexford Courthouse was completed in December 2017 and Waterford Courthouse in March 2018.
The Wexford project involved the sensitive restoration of the existing former Tate School building and addition of a modern new extension to the rear. The finished development (c.4,400m²) provides 4 new Courts, Public Concourses, Consultation Rooms, as well as Staff and Judical accommodation.
