Good to get out the ground at Wexford General Hospital with the Multi-storey Car Park (MSCP) development. The MSCP project includes a numberof enabling elements such as electrical diversions around the Somerton Ward block site and the recent fine weather has aided good progress. The opening of this car park will allow the 97 Bed Somerton Ward Block to commence early in 2026 and the incorporation of the enabling works in the MSCP reduces risk and programme duration for the Somerton Ward Block project. The MSCP capacity will also facilitate future phase of development on the campus.

Following appointment of Conack Construction as main contractor, works are due to commence shortly on the new 95 Bed Community Nursing Unit extension at St. Colman’s Hospital, Rathdrum, Co. Wicklow. This is a significant milestone for this important development for the residents and staff. We looking forward to seeing this project develop on site in the coming months.
The construction of the new Laboratory extension at University Hospital Waterford commenced last year. Complex ground works and service diversion are now nearing completion with rising walls due to commence shortly, subject to temperatures rising. This project will progress through 2025 and build on our successful completion of other Healthcare projects at UHW including Cardiac Cath Lab, Cataract Theatre, CRC Regional Therapy & Assessment Centre and the Dunmore Wing - 92 Bed Ward & Palliative Care Block.
